Do you you find yourself working alone at home or even at a coffee shop? Yes, you can be working alone at a coffee shop if no one is at the coffee shop or everyone else is anti-social.

Crowds are changing dramatically today with the rise of organized coworking stations and crowdsourced communities. People are in need of human interaction and collaboration. There seems to be a demand for the balance of fun, creativity, and a unstructured work routine.

Here at our entrepreneurial fuel station we are adapting to the changes that our economy is bringing to us on a daily basis. We find that we are more productive when we interact and collaborate with our neighbors. Projects get off the ground at a faster pace and attitudes are positive even when the worst is expected.

I invite you to look into creating your own collaborative work space or join one in your city. Talent is becoming available easily with jobs being lost daily. Much of this talent is walking around not knowing where to park their ideas. Some of this talent is parked in these creative spaces bringing ideas to life. Where do you stand?
