If you have several twitter accounts there are tools that can help you in multitasking Twitter. A word of caution. Always triple check that you are updating from the correct account. It is also a good idea to familiarize yourself with the delete buttons just in case you do tweet from the wrong account.

You can tweet from within Hootsuite or you tweet from Hootsuite’s Hootlet Bookmark. If you stumble on a website that you like you can click on the Hootlet bookmark and will automatically add the title and link and have it sent out to the twittersphere. Some interesting apps. I haven’t tried any of those yet! I’ve been using Tweetbots http://tweetbots.com/ for posting to multiple accounts. It seems to do the trick but I’ll be checking out the others.
Haven’t heard of Tweetbots. I will check it out. I’ve been using Hootsuite lately and its a great app. Really love the Hootlet, makes it really simple to share links with mulitple accounts.
