Thank you for your feedback and compliments!

Sandra- The most recent post “Learn Seesmic Desktop” is a great post on how to manage multiple accounts. Check it out and get some ideas. It can be a great tool to monitor a business account or a personal account. Also, you can monitor your Facebook account. The search functions and group functions are also very handy for brand reputation management.

John- Thanks again! Twitter is currently one of those platforms that can’t be ignored by companies, but it can’t be the only tool that they use. So, you are correct, other social media tools in conjunction with Twitter will successfully promote a company. By this I mean drive people back to their websites to create leads and eventually customers.We will be doing another presentation at Sacramento Press soon on Facebook. We will be discussing how you can use FB and combine other tools and resources to successfully drive people to your main website.

I greatly enjoyed the presentation. The flow, pace, interactivity and geniality of the presenters was excellent. (Not to mention the food/drink!) Content-wise, we heard enough to get a thorough overview of Twitter’s functionality, which allows us to now make a good judgment on how it may best serve our organization.

As Sandra mentioned above, perhaps a good follow-up may be to present how Twitter (and other social platforms) is currently being used to successfully promote companies– just a thought.

The presentation was definitely a good start to knowing more about the purpose of Twitter. The presenters were very knowlegebale. I appreciated the PowerPoint presentation.
A second workshop would be helpful just about the specific applications that you can use to help your company.

Haven’t heard of Tweetbots. I will check it out. I’ve been using Hootsuite lately and its a great app. Really love the Hootlet, makes it really simple to share links with mulitple accounts.

Some interesting apps. I haven’t tried any of those yet! I’ve been using Tweetbots http://tweetbots.com/ for posting to multiple accounts. It seems to do the trick but I’ll be checking out the others.
